The Calendar Planner does provide many possible approaches to solving different scheduling problems. 

We recommend you start with the tutorial section.  This section has many online videos covering various features and how to sections that cover the majority of questions we receive. 

These videos have been designed to solve your issues as quickly as possible so please try this section first and if you still have questions, please contact a representative and they will be happy to assist you.
