I bought The Calendar Planner after using the demo but it still won't work. |

This is probably due to the old demo being present on the machine. That is what is expiring. Please follow the instructions below to resolve this:
1. From add and remove programs uninstall any version of The Calendar Planner, including demos.
2. After purchasing you should have received an order email. Use this email to access and download your order. See steps below:
2a. Choose the following link: 2b. Click My Account in the upper right 2c. Log In using your email address and password 2d. Select an order to view. A download button will appear at the lower left of that order. http://shop.reellogix.com/index.php3. Run the installer. You will need your serial number (in your order email).
