I ordered a download version but I still need to download or I need to download again

A download button is available at the time of the order but you can also log in to your account to download.  If you need to download the software use the following steps:

1. Locate the order email sent to you from sales@reellogix.com

2. Locate the order link in the email and click the link.  It will look like this:

Detailed Invoice: https://shop.reellogix.com/account_history_info.php?order_id=xxxx

3. Log in to the store using your email address and password.

4. Click the My Account option at the top right and select your order.

5. Click the download button.  If no downloads remain or if your download has expired you can contact sales to get it reset at sales@reellogix.com
