How can I create a PDF file?

The easiest method for accomplishing this is to print to PDF by choosing a PDF driver instead of a printer. This will allow you to output the calendar as a PDF file that can be viewed by anyone.

If you don't have a PDF driver installed you can download a free one here.

Once installed simply choose it instead of a printer when you print and a PDF file will be created.
